Version 4.17.0 added an Extensions page to the Dashboard area of the Iptanus File Upload plugin. It lists every extension installed with the plugin:
What the page lists

Each extension has its own Activate or Deactivate button.
When to switch one off
They are all active to begin with. You would normally leave them that way; the reasons to switch one off are a conflict with another plugin or with your theme, or narrowing down a problem while troubleshooting.

Dear Sir, can you please explain how the elementor page builder compatibility is achieved?
Don’s see any new widget added?
Thanks in advance
Regards
The plugin does not currently provide a widget for Elementor, only for the block editor of WordPress (Gutenberg). However, you can add a shortcode widget inside Elementor page builder and place the plugin’s shortcode in there, e.g. [wordpress_file_upload].

Hello, fantastic plugin! Does exactly what we need it to do and well worth the upgrade to the pro version!
On initial installation, the only extensions that showed as installed and active were Elementor and NextGen. I am trying to install the Dropbox extension but when clicking on install, it doesn’t appear to actuall innstall it and the button is returned to “install”.
Could you advise where we’re going wrong please?
Many thanks!
