This is a regular update that introduces a new file uploader shortcode attribute, webcamstartoff, related to the webcam feature. When it is enabled the camera is initially off when the page loads.
In addition, it fixes a bug where Dropbox activation could not be reset when the stored access token had the old format before version 4.24.3.

Users can update to the latest version using the Update feature of the Plugins section of their Dashboard.
