Iptanus File Upload 5.1.5

This is a regular release that introduces a new feature, FTPS uploads.

So far the plugin supported upload of files to an FTP location using plain FTP or secure FTP (sFTP) protocol. Now it also supports the FTP over TLS (FTPS) protocol, which is a very popular FTP protocol.

You can find more details in the technical article that provides details on how to use FTP uploads of the plugin and in the Release Notes of the plugin’s support page.

Users can update to the latest version using the Update feature of the Plugins section of their Dashboard.

The Iptanus team keeps working to make Iptanus File Upload easier to use and freer of bugs, and will go on issuing new releases.

Questions answered by Iptanus and other users.

  1. Recently, customers have uploaded files and we have received the proper file upload notification emails. We see the files listed in Iptanus on the “https://custom-tiles.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wfu_uploaded_files” page. But when I select a file to download it, the error message appears: “custom-tiles.com says File does not exist”.

    Here is our shortcode:
    [wordpress_file_upload uploadpath=”customer_files” fitmode=”responsive” uploadpatterns=”*.*, *.zip” maxsize=”12000″ notify=”true” notifyrecipients=”mitch@custom-tiles.com” notifymessage=”Dear Recipient,%n%A new file has been uploaded.%n%Best Regards” userdata=”true” userdatalabel=”Your email address|t:email|s:right|r:1|a:1|v:1|p:inline|d:|g:0″]

How do we get this corrected?
