By using the app you accept these terms automatically, so please read them carefully before you do. You may not copy or modify the app, any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the app’s source code, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions of it. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights relating to it, remain the property of Iptanus.
Iptanus is committed to keeping the app as useful and as efficient as possible, and we may change it at any time.
The Iptanus File Upload Google Drive app does not store or process personal data about you. It asks Google for one permission — drive.file, which reaches only the files the app itself creates — and the authorisation you grant is kept in the plugin’s settings on your own website, not by us. The privacy policy sets this out in full.
Keeping your Google account secure, and keeping the authorisation held on your website secure, is your own responsibility. You can withdraw the app’s access at any time from your Google account’s security settings, and the connection stops working immediately.
What we are not responsible for
The app depends on Google’s Drive API, which is outside our control. Google may change it, restrict it or take it out of service, and a transfer may fail for reasons that lie with Google or with the connection between us. Iptanus accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from relying on the app as the only route by which your files reach Drive — keep your own copy of anything that matters.
Updates and termination
We may update the app at any point, and we may stop providing it. Where a change would affect a licence that is still running, we will tell licence holders in advance, and we will not charge for anything a current licence already covers. The rights and licences granted to you under these terms end when your use of the app ends.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so please review this page periodically. Any change is published here and takes effect as soon as it is posted.
