Iptanus is a web and professional services company based in Greece, and the publisher of the Iptanus File Upload plugin.

What we collect, and why
Only what a specific action requires. Nothing is collected speculatively.

Who processes it besides us
- Stripe
- Takes the payment. Receives your name, email address and billing address. Stripe is the controller of your card details, not us.
- Our hosting provider
- Stores the website and its database, and therefore everything above.
- Nobody else
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Orders and invoices are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires them to be kept. Account data is kept until you ask us to close the account. Comments stay published until you ask us to remove them. Contact-form messages are kept while the conversation is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Cookies
This site sets cookies for three purposes only: keeping you logged in, remembering the contents of your cart, and remembering whether you have already answered “Did this solve your problem?” on a documentation page. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to info@iptanus.com and we will answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
The plugin is a separate matter
This policy covers this website. The Iptanus File Upload plugin runs on your website and its cloud integrations have their own documents, because Google, Microsoft and Meta require them:
