Wednesday, 3-April-2019. New version 4.11.1 of WordPress File Upload plugin has just been released.
This is a significant update introducing compatibility with NextGEN Gallery (NGG) plugin, the most popular WordPress gallery plugin. Now uploaded files can automatically be added to NGG galleries.
A new set of attributes has been added in Interoperability section of the plugin’s uploader shortcode that determines the NGG gallery where files will be added and their properties.
A separate article will be published in the next days with detailed instructions how to use the new NextGEN Gallery functionality.
Other than that, the new version introduces some minor bug fixes and improvements.

Users can update to the latest version using the Update feature of the Plugins section of their Dashboard.
