What you are buying
A licence to use Iptanus File Upload Pro on the number of websites stated at checkout. You are not buying ownership of the software, and the licence is not transferable without our agreement.
The licence is one-off and perpetual. It is bought once, it does not expire, and there is no renewal and no recurring charge.
Updates are for a lifetime. They do not stop, and they are not conditional on anything.
Priority e-mail support runs for one year from the date you buy.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include any tax that applies to you, which is calculated from the billing country you give at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe. Your card details are never sent to this website.
An invoice is issued to the billing details you provide, and is available in your account afterwards.
Delivery
The download and the licence key appear in your account as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within seconds. If they do not, write to us and we will sort it out.
Your right to withdraw, and the exception
As a consumer in the EU you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Digital content delivered immediately is an exception to that right, and at checkout you are asked to agree that the download begins at once and that you therefore lose the withdrawal right.
If you have not started the download, the fourteen days still apply and we will refund you in full on request. What happens after that is on the refunds page, and it is more generous than the law requires.
What we do not promise
The plugin is supported on current versions of WordPress and PHP as documented. We cannot promise it will work alongside every one of the sixty thousand other plugins, or with a theme that overrides the behaviour it depends on. Where a conflict can be fixed we fix it; where it cannot, the refunds page applies.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in. If we cannot settle a dispute between us, EU consumers may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
